Launch FAQs

Clear expectations for coverage, prices, updates and the record.

When does LineLens launch?

December 1, 2026 is the official launch date. Membership enrollment is currently closed. Join the waitlist for launch updates and notice when membership becomes available.

What sports and markets will be covered?

The planned coverage spans MLB, NFL, college football, NHL, NBA and college basketball. The exact opening lineup of sports and markets will be listed before enrollment opens. A sport's listing here is not confirmation that all its markets are ready.

The planned member experience includes a decision board, game analysis, market updates and a results ledger. Each assessment will identify its selection and exact moneyline, spread, run line or total. See Coverage for the current scope.

Which sportsbook price should I use?

Use the exact selection, line and current odds shown at your sportsbook. A LineLens assessment's recorded price and book or price-source assumption must be read together with its timestamp. Availability can vary; a recorded price is not a promise that you can obtain it.

If your line or price differs, reassess before acting. Supported price sources will be identified before enrollment. LineLens is an information service and does not accept wagers.

Will members receive email alerts?

Dashboard access is planned. Member email-alert availability, timing and delivery details will be confirmed before enrollment. Waitlist emails provide launch updates; they are not a promised daily selection service.

When will the board be updated?

The publishing schedule will be disclosed before enrollment. Published assessments are intended to show their update time and note material changes. An example time on a design preview is not a promised daily publishing time.

Check the latest assessment before using it. New injuries, starter or lineup confirmations, weather and price movement can change a decision.

What do REVIEW, WAIT, PASS and QUALIFIED mean?

REVIEW: analysis or required confirmation is incomplete. No official position.

WAIT: analysis is complete, but the available price does not meet the acceptable-price requirement.

PASS: the opportunity does not meet publication requirements. No action.

QUALIFIED: all requirements are met; an official position is published with its selection, line, acceptable price and timestamp.

A QUALIFIED assessment applies only to its stated conditions. Check the latest update and your own sportsbook. A changed line, price or material input requires reassessment. These labels do not guarantee a result or require you to bet.

Will there be days with no recommendations?

Yes. “No qualifying opportunities today” is a valid outcome. LineLens is designed to support price discipline, including taking no action.

How will results and corrections be reported?

The planned ledger will retain official published positions, the recorded market and price, publication time, outcome and net units. Wins and losses belong in the same record. Corrections will retain the original entry and identify the change, reason and correction time. They will not erase losing positions.

Illustrative examples are labeled separately from actual results. See Sports Results for reporting information and Methodology for the planned evaluation process.

How are pushes, voids and settlement differences handled?

A push or void is recorded separately from a win or loss. When the stake is fully returned, its net result is zero. Your sportsbook's settlement rules govern your wager, including postponements, shortened games and participation requirements.

The LineLens ledger's grading assumptions will be disclosed with its reporting rules. If your book grades a bet differently, your account record remains the source for your actual result.

How will cancellation and refunds work?

When paid membership opens, the price and renewal interval will be disclosed at checkout. Under the current Terms, cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge; access continues through the paid term.

Digital membership payments are generally nonrefundable after access is provided, subject to the exceptions in the Terms, including applicable law, duplicate charges, billing errors or material failure to supply the purchased service. Betting losses do not qualify for a refund.

Does joining the waitlist require payment?

No. The waitlist is for launch updates, early-access information and membership availability. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
